GODA Summit 2025 offers Virtual Access registration for those unable to join us in London. This registration grants you access to a selection of livestreamed and recorded content. GODA Standard All Access Pass and VVIP Pass registrants also receive Virtual Access.

Please ensure that you have the following settings:

There could be a variety of reasons for this. Make sure you are connected to strong Wi-Fi and are near your router or are connected to a hardline. Try closing other windows outside the platform and reload the page. If that doesn’t help, ensure that other devices on your network are not currently consuming bandwidth. Ensure that you are not on a VPN.

1. Click the Play button — it does not play automatically
2. Make sure the time you are watching should have live content (check the schedule — everything is listed in British Standard TIme)
3. Right click and select “reload player”
4. Using the preferences button (cog icon) — select a lower quality video stream
5.  Ensure other apps and windows are closed — not using bandwidth

1. Make sure there should be audio playing (are people speaking?)
2. Make sure your computer audio is turned up
3. Hover over the volume control on the player and ensure the mute feature is not selected
4. Select “English” — as only the keynote supports other language audio

1. The on-demand videos are updated on a rolling basis and will only appear once the video has been uploaded. Please expect this to take up to 48 hours after the day of the session.
2. If you have logged in or registered — you must have cookies enabled as the video player is from YouTube and requires this in order for the video player to load
3. A small number of sessions will not be available due to restrictions by the speaker or their company

The virtual pass will include access to livestreamed keynotes during the event, and select session content will be available on demand, following the event.

Visa Invitation letters can be requested during the registration process. Once you have completed registration, your visa letter will be processed and forwarded.

We will issue a full refund, less a 10% fee, for written cancellation requests received on or before July 1 2025  at 11:59 PM BST. Cancellation requests received between July 1, 2025 and August 12, 2025 at 11:59 PM BST, will be issued a 50% refund, less a 10% cancellation fee. No refunds will be offered for paid items after August 12, 2025. Refunds will be processed 5 to 7 business days after the cancellation request has been processed and confirmed to the method of payment on the attendee record. If you have not received a refund by August 12, 2025, please contact us at partnership@godasummit.com

The GODA Registration Team must receive all cancellation requests in writing; please contact us by August 12, 2025. Substitution requests can be processed in person onsite or via email request, please contact partnership@godasummit.com. An email from the original registrant, including the name of the substitute registrant is required to authorize the transfer. All requests for substitutions must be received no later than 5:00 PM BST on August 17, 2025 to have their substitution guaranteed. Substitutions may incur a £50 processing fee.
